Eli Russell – Minco
Russell is stepping into the starting quarterback role for the first time this season. The Minco signal-caller will be tasked with leading the offense and setting the tone on every possession. As he gains experience under center, Russell has an opportunity to become a steady presence for his team.

Running Back
Quintin Benitez – Chickasha
Benitez returns as a productive option in the Chickasha backfield after recording 117 carries for 640 yards and five touchdowns. His previous workload shows that he can be counted on to handle a significant role in the running game. Benitez will look to build on that production and provide the Fightin’ Chicks with a dependable offensive weapon.

Wide Receiver/Tight End
Tucker Wilson – Minco
Wilson is a junior and a versatile offensive weapon for Minco. He has the ability to contribute in a variety of roles, whether he is lined up at wide receiver, tight end or used in other ways to create matchup problems. His versatility and playmaking ability should allow him to make his presence felt throughout the season.

Offensive Lineman
Eli Campbell – Hinton
Campbell is a senior lineman whose strength, toughness and work ethic make him an important piece of the Hinton offense. He is willing to do the difficult work in the trenches and help create running lanes while providing protection for the quarterback. His experience and physical style of play make him a player to watch this season.

Defensive Lineman
R.J. Ashong – Chickasha
Ashong made an impact for Chickasha’s defense with 30 tackles, two sacks and seven tackles for loss. His ability to get into the backfield and disrupt plays gives the Fightin’ Chicks a valuable presence along the defensive front. Ashong will look to build on those numbers and continue making life difficult for opposing offenses this season.

Linebacker
Manny Botone – Anadarko
Botone is a rising sophomore and a true hybrid talent who is taking on an expanded role for Anadarko this season. After making his mark as a physical outside linebacker, he is now stepping under center as the team’s starting quarterback. Botone brings dual-threat ability to the position, with the athleticism to challenge defenses with both his arm and his legs. His versatility should make him one of the more intriguing young players to watch for the Warriors.

Defensive Back
Landon Wright – Minco
Wright is a senior defensive back who will be counted on to help Minco defend opposing passing attacks. He has the experience to recognize plays quickly and make a difference when the football comes his way. Wright’s leadership and ability to make timely plays in the secondary will be important for the Bulldogs this season.
